graduated with diploma in Business Administration and Engineering at a university of applied sciences (Diplom-Wirtschaftsingenieur FH) and has been working as an employed expert since 2004, from 2005 to 2014 for one of the leading internationally active auditing companies (BDO AG).
Furthermore, Mr Gaebert is a member of the Advisory Committee for Values of Properties of the administrative district Potsdam-Mittelmark.
He is certified as real estate valuer for market value determinations and for financial purposes.
The focus of his activities is the valuation for accounting purposes according to IAS, IFRS, HGB and IDW S10 for residential, commercial and special real estate (especially social real estate).
Mr Gaebert is a lecturer in further education for experts (EIPOS, VÖB-Service).
