Andreas Schleef is also a member of Potsdam's Advisory Committee for Values of Properties.
He is also certified as a real estate valuer for financial purposes (CIS HypZert [F]) and is preparing for the examination to the public appointment as a publicly certified expert.
The focus of his work is on development properties (existing and new) including the differentiated valuation of large-volume condominium portfolios as well as the valuation of accommodation properties.

graduated as a graduate engineer (Technical University of Berlin) and has been a freelance expert since 2009. Prior to this, he worked for more than 2 decades as a construction and project manager in Germany and abroad, amongst others, in the turnkey construction of the Goldbeck Group.
The main focus of his work is the assessment of structural damages as well as the determination of the market value of properties.
He is also active in the "quality control during the construction period" as well as construction supervision and prepares expert opinions in proceedings for the preservation of evidence.
Mr. Hirsch is a lecturer in further education for experts (WBS Weiterbildungsservice [Further Education Service]).
