He studied real estate management at the University of Applied Sciences in Wiener Neustadt and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Joseph Schumpeter Institute in Wels in 2022.
Since 2022, Mr. Stocker has been the owner and managing director of Realbewertung Gerald Stocker e.U.
He has been a sworn and court-certified expert since 2009. He is a member and Registered Valuer of the RICS and is certified as a Real Estate Valuer for Mortgage Lending Valuation (HypZert MLV).
